Bought a Ram from Tyler, office staff lacks on experience processing paperwork with banks and titles. Bad experience, took me 8 weeks to clean it up. Today 2/24/25, I pull up to get my first of 2 free oil changes and it turns out that the shop only has 1 guy doing oil changes with a long wait when I was told, just pull in and we will take care of your oil change in a heartbeat (sales gimmick). This dealership does not walk the talk… stay away from them! I drove from chicago to Niles for this purchase and I got what I paid for…. Bad Service.
I do not recommend anyone to buy From Tyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Sales guy was extremely pushy. Acted like we were dumb when in fact we knew more about this vehicle than he did.
The vehicle was not charged enough to even drive it home. It had 15 miles. We had to charge at their building.
The rear tire had a hole in it and he knew it but acted like it didn't. The inside was still dirty. My husband wanted to see final numbers but he would give it to us until we signed a paper.

I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for an auto stop dash light that kept coming on. My car was also stalling out and my local mechanic could not figure out the problem. Even though Tyler's cost was a bit more to fix the issue, they figured it out right away and had my car fixed in one day! Sometimes it's worth it to pay more for a knowledgeable repair team!

I had a great buying experience at Tyler’s. I had done some research online and found a used car I was interested. I decided to swing by on my way home from work and was happy to see the car in the lot. I say that because some dealers that are local and rhyme with rordan will post cars in their website to draw you in, and miraculously they sold it already. I’m happy Tyler wasn’t like that. I checked out the car, was greeted by Ashley, and quickly took it for a test drive. Came back, they worked with me on the price, I secured my own financing, so came back the next morning and spent 10 minutes on paperwork and drove off in my gently used car. Thanks for having an easy and honest buying experience!

I owned a Jeep dealership for 26 years. The price for service is unreasonably high and they have a “take it or leave” it attitude. I’d never have lasted 3 years with that attitude. I paid the $170 diagnostic fee and went elsewhere. Save the diagnostic fee, don’t even go there. It’s a ripoff.
