Our experience with Hannah was enjoyable. She was pleasant during the test drive and sales process, and made sure we fully understood everything that our vehicle could do before we left the dealership. She also made sure to do a final walk around our vehicle, cleaning off any dust or watermarks that was left after the car went through their car wash. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision, and thought the trade-in value and finance terms we received were fair.

On Thursday December 12th I called Tyler Kia to schedule an appointment to test drive a Telluride. Brandon Dockham was the sales person to answer the call and we met later that day. We went in and test drove the Telluride but it wasn’t quite right for our family. In the freezing cold Brandon took us out to the lot to show us the Kia Carnival because he understood what I was looking for and the options that were important to me. He never tried to upsell us or push a higher end trim he just showed us what was available and the functionality of the vehicle. We settled on the 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid Prestige and lucky for us the dealership had one coming in a week later. The car arrived early and we were able to pick it up on December 17th. It was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Brandon and Jared for making the process so smooth.

Wonderful place to purchase a new car or to have one serviced. I purchased a 2014 several years ago and needed service for some recalls and an oil change. Being able to drop the car off on the weekend was extremely helpful and their drop box system is the best. Came back a few days later and ended up purchasing another car. Hannah was an amazingly helpful salesperson, they offered me fair money for my trade and the entire process was painless. Highly recommend Tyler Kia!!!
