When I went to pick up the keys after hours they weren’t in the box. After a couple of phone calls U-Haul was able to call the GM who met me at the location in 10-15 minutes to get me the keys. Things happen but it’s how we respond to them that counts! Uhaul was fine.

I must say this is by far the best U-Haul location I've ever used . Shaun was the gentleman who helped me out and I had one of the best customer service experiences . The trucks I used were clean and I didn't have to wait for one .... Very thorough and helpful with all my moving needs and questions .... Highly recommend this location

They were late to open, delaying me from picking it up on time. They were rude and talked about inappropriate things while I just stood there waiting for one of them to assist me. I waited nearly 10 minutes while they chit chatted. They didn't go out to inspect the truck with me. It was dirty inside and there was a massive dent in the side of it. They barely had the information from when I reserved the truck so I had to go through everything all over again. The lied about how much fuel was in it. There was under half a tank, yet told me I had to fill it back to half a tank. When I put fuel in, it actually went lower afterwards so I'm guessing the gauge was messed up. They were gone before the closing time so I couldn't drop it off to an actual person. I was charged more than $40 above what my contract stated without an updated receipt sent to me so no clue what they added to make it shoot up that much. Still haven't received anything stating what all those extra charges were. I've rented from nearly every place in town and this was all around the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't ever go back and I'm telling everyone I know just how terrible the service was and how terrible the truck was.

I call him Sean the U-box guy. Sean is the greatest, starting with my son's move out of CMU back in May. Sean made moving back into CMU this August a breeze navigating the U-box in a parking lot of cars and people. The U-box made the college moving experience easy. Thank you Sean for all your help, look forward to seeing you in May 2025 when we move out again.

Made an appointment,week and half ago, got a price on hitch. Received confirmation on both. Husband went to 6-7-24 at 9 am. First was told appointment is tomorrow, then told price was wrong. I sent husband reservation number and picture of price. Person said whomever made appointment didn't add price for materials. That's not our fault. I think they should've made this right for us. We planned on one amount and now different. Will not go back there. Employee said he wasn't arguing with me. I only was telling wht I was texted information. He was rude.

Everytime I've come to this location I have always had a wonderful experience. Shawn, the general manager (I believe that's how you spell his name.) is hysterical, attentive, and very helpful/respectful. He helped me by guiding me through the steps of getting my car hooked up to the tower for the first time and answered any and all questions I had. Very very appreciative of his work and will definitely be coming back/recommending this location to friends and family!
