By far the best United federal credit Union branch I’ve been to. Everyone there is super nice. But Braedon Lewis (member service advisor) is who truly made the experience outstanding. He went above and beyond what is expected of him. You can tell it’s so much more than just a job to him, he truly cares about the people and what they need. He takes the time to listen and hear you out. And will help you the best way he can. He looks to come up with the best possible options that work for you. 1000% recommend getting in contact with him for help with your financial needs.

I have been with United for over 12 years and nver had a problem. Tonya at the call center on the other hand is absolutely horrible. She was unwilling to help and just plain freaking rude. She was asked for information on the past 30 days and would not do it because “the account was too big for her to look for 30 days worth of information” isn’t it your job to give me MY information on MY account? She said to print off a statement If I wanted the information. I get paid biweekly. Shouldn’t be hard to look up the last 30 day direct deposits. Just horrible

Typically have a good experience at UFCU, however the lobby not being opened on Saturday is a huge inconvenience when they don’t do certain things (take payments) via the drive thru. I always go in but didn’t make it this week and attempted to use the drive thru to make a car payment. All the times I’ve ever went in I’ve never had to use my pin to pay from my card. Today I wasn’t able to make a payment because it was considered a cash advance and required my PIN number. In the 2 years I’ve been coming to make payments, I haven’t had to enter my pin once. I’m confused why today it’s different and then to use the automated phone service costs an extra $10. Just the typical run around with the bank.
