100% do NOT recommend this bank at all. Iv had my truck loan through them for over 3 years now, never have been late. They let me skip it 2x the second year. Then I tried to skip it for my daughter’s birthday and Christmas and was denied because I wasn’t in a financial “hard spot.” Now I am, asked to skip ONE month because of a sick kid and were trying to move that cost 5-7k and they denied. Never will recommend and never will go through them again. Would give them a zero rating if I could. Absolutely fed up with this bank.

Most of the people that work here are great. Things do seem a bit disorganized since they say they will “put a note in” but the notes don’t seem to be working. My main issue is with Wendy. I’m not sure who hired Wendy, but she needs a retraining on phone etiquette. I have an issue with her every time I call, but then I get someone else on the phone and things are easy breezy. She’s argumentative, disorganized, and needs some type of refresher training course.
