I kept them up to date as I was trying to get financing, the day before they sold the car out from under me I told them I would for Shure have a answer about financing tomorrow, I called as soon as they opened the following day and I didn’t get a answer I left a voicemail that I got the financing and was going to calling later, when I called later they had told me they alredy sold the car, do not go through this company for your car.

Saw a listing on FB Marketplace, and was very interested. Showed up the following morning to see the car and had an OK experience at the shop. He initially told me the car was a clean title, but after doing research we found out that it had been totaled and bought at auction. However, the Car drove great and we decided that we wanted to move forward with purchasing and Muhammad told me that I needed to get insurance on it and get a plate to put on it. I told him I started to transfer insurance and that we were approved for the loan to finance the vehicle, I was just waiting on insurance to transfer (was in the process, just taking about 2 days). I kept him up to date on the whole process and that I would most likely be back there later in the week to finish the purchasing process. Muhammad then texts me 2 days later (while I’m still waiting for insurance to transfer) and tells me that he sold the car to someone else. Basically had no regard to a customer going through the process to buy a vehicle and sold it out from under me.

EDIT: Thanks for your reply. I do have texts from 11/13 (2 days before you sold the vehicle from under me) of me telling you that “we definitely want to buy the vehicle. We talked about it and now I’m going to get the loan.” And I said I’d keep you updated on everything- which I did. That same day I told you that we were approved and that I could come get it later in the week. So you knew 100% that we wanted to buy the vehicle AND that we had money through the loan. Yet you cared more about who could give you money faster than honoring your customers. For your info: I had 2 dealers THIS WEEK hold cars for me when I told them I wanted to buy and didn’t give a deposit. We are now buying both vehicles. I wish you the best in the future with customers, sir.

I just purchased a 2015 Ford Focus for my son from Mohammad. I was aware that I was purchasing the car “as is”. Within the first week the car was leaking fluid & the radiator need to be replaced. I called Mohammad & he offered to pay for 1/2 the repairs. I received the check the next day. Stand up business! I will use them again in the future.

I bought multiple cars from them and it was a good experience. They have the best cars and really reasonable prices they have the best prices in town I really recommend them never had any issues with them. Professional and the sales person. Mohammed was really great really respectful and really professional.

I recommend getting your vehicle checked out by a certified mechanic before sign an as is contract . I bought an HHR that has issues they did put a sway bar in it the day I was handing them 2500$ but a week later I take it back cause blower for heat stopped working and it has air conditioning leaking on floor they take the car to another place to have it fixed and I'm still waiting for it several days later hopefully by end of the week it will come back working properly. I rather deal with a reputable company for my next vehicle purchase I learned to never sign an as is contract with any dealer. Do your homework I don't suggest this company.
