Sonja and Camer-o [Cameron] were AMAZING! Great customer service. I was out of town when I needed my vehicle looked at. They were able to get me right in and were able to get repairs done in a super speedy manor allowing me to have my vehicle for the event we were attending. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. I felt like family. Would Highly Recommend Urka Auto Center. Just going to be honest here, I had an absolutely horrible experience with the service shop here. A little back story here, I had my wife’s Chevy Colorado brought up to these guys because it was experiencing a super rough idle and was in limp mode for an unknown reason.
I spoke with them on phone and was told they would take a look and run a diagnostic on it within 2 days. Fast forward 4 days after receiving the pickup I finally get a call. The service tech on the phone said that her truck was too rusty and in his opinion it wasn’t worth putting a single dollar into fixing it. Is there rust on the frame, yes there is a small amount of rust, it’s a 15 year old pickup in Michigan, of coarse there’s some rust but not anything close to what he was trying to say.
Either way he and his techs decided that because they deemed it to be an old rust bucket that they wouldn’t even look into the issue.
I went up to grab our pickup back from the dealership and found it with a dead battery, so I ran some jumper cables and as soon as it had power running to it we realized they had turned the dome light on and left it that way draining the 2 month old battery down to nothing!
If you need work done to your Chevy or any vehicle for that matter find someone else to do it, because if it’s not new enough or they think they can con you into thinking your vehicle is junk they will just kick the can down the road and do nothing you ask them to in order to help you solve your vehicles issue.
We brought our truck over to my father in laws house and within a half hour he had the issue pin pointed and problem solved. Something the trained professionals couldn’t do over the 6 days they had our truck sitting in their lot. Turn out it was just a bad sensor…..

Very knowledgeable and I feel they gave their honest opinion of the situation. Parts came in quickly and they were quick to respond to get me in the same day or the next day. Kept me informed throughout the entire process...I was in there several times. Everyone very nice and Doug was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. Plus they always greeted me by name! Doug also went above and beyond by calling to get the work covered by the warranty. Their whole system is very organized and I was quite impressed. I believe they have acquired a new loyal customer.

The Urka Auto Center Service Department personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable. They take pride in their work, whether it is a small task or a large undertaking. The personnel communicate the status of work before and after service is performed. A waiting area with comfortable chairs, a television, magazines, and coffee makes the wait time tolerable. For longer wait times, a courtesy shuttle is offered. To top off the great service, the staff wash and vacuum my vehicle!
