I purchased a vehicle from this location, and the sales experience was very nice and easy. Marissa took great care of the transaction, and after the sale was complete I got to meet Will, who is the owner, if I’m not mistaken. The car really was what I wanted for a smaller SUV with AWD, which I really wanted for the snowy season. The car was doing fine had it checked out and the shop I went to said it was in great condition and everything seemed good to go. I had the spark plugs changed and an oil change as it seemed like a good idea. Tried to go to Green Bay to do some back to school shopping and a partial break down occurred just outside of Escanaba. Took it to their location, and Sarah tried her best to get it fixed but parts were not available in the city, so they gave me a loaner car to get our shopping done. After all was said and done, the car needed a new engine. Panic freak out mode occurred and then they said we got ya don’t worry. They were right. They had the newer engine installed by their mechanics, and drove it home and needed a tweak with a coolant hose and the car is running really well! I’m so glad I got the warranty, as it covered almost all the expenses…I had to pay for a different issue but $200 is better then a few grand for a new motor. Will and his mechanic came out to my home to pick up the car and got the hose back situated, and the car had worked really well so far. Customer service has been great, even with me losing my head outta being frustrated, they took care of me and are due a shout out for a job well done on all parts. For me, I was pretty nervous about everything working out but so far so good. Thank you to Marissa, Will, Sarah and the mechanics that worked on the vehicle, they have done a great job. I’d recommend going there, if you need to, for a vehicle! Thanks guys for taking such good care of the situation I had!

Bought two cars from US autos in the past 6 years and they are the most down to earth kind people you will ever meet the Trailblazer i bought was mint when i got it and lasted a long time and now with the Buick Rainier its so clean almost mint and was the fastest transaction i have ever seen so my hats off to both Will and Steve you guys ROCK!
If you need some transportation these guys will help in any way they can and have allot of cars to select from or they can find whatever you are looking for .

I had such a good experience. The staff was wonderful and so accommodating. I got the car I wanted after some test drives and the entire process was done within a couple of hours. They worked with me to make sure the payment schedule fit within my budget.

Such a good place to help those who may not have the best credit as myself! They walked me through every step, were very informative as to what to expect price wise and got a hold of me as soon as possible in regards to whether or not I was approved. After approval, I was told which vehicles I could test drive in my price range. After that, I found a vehicle I really like and I'm completely satisfied!

Called them and started the process to get a car on the 7 of February. They didn’t have one in my price range so they told me to go down to Escanaba. So I did. Found a car on the 14 of February, I wanted but, because I started the process here I had to get them to get a driver or someone to transfer the car from the Escanaba. So I called them on the 24 of February telling them that I found a car and would like to proceed, and to get the car up here. I knew it was going to be a while and I told them I’d be ready to buy the car today, the 4 of March.
So today when I called them asking if they had gotten the car from the other store they didn’t know I would want it today. I asked can I buy it tomorrow? No because they couldn’t get it here over night. I asked about Monday, they didn’t know.
So I was asking questions about what else I needed and I keep tell them I called last week to have them get the car so I could today. They keep led telling me I didn’t called, I wasn’t listening to them. Well I was I just wanted to know what all was going on. She couldn’t handle the questions I was asking over and over again so she got the boss and he told me because of how I treating them I wouldn’t be getting any Service and no longer able to get the car.

Scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They took my car yes I was behind 2 payments I made a 200$ payment and told them I would catch back up in 2 weeks they said that's fine and then in less then 2 hours they came and took my car along with my wallet,my daughter's diapers,and 100$ in cash that I needed to get groceries. I called to see if I could get my wallet and they said no that it's theirs now! My wallet contains my ss card, medical insurance cards ( mine and my kids) along with my work badge! They are theives.oh and let me add I've called them on mutiple times due to my car was leaking fuel,catilac converter was going bad, and multiple other things I bought the extended warranty and they refused to assist I had to take it to 2 different places to get it worked on which cost me 700$ in return! Have records to prove it! Update: went to go get my things had to have to police go with me due to its a federal crime to take someones DL and SS cards and 100$ cash was missing along with all the change that was in my cup holder along with my debit card was no where to be found
