Terrible customer service. Was just trying to activate my credit card with them in Google Wallet. I was transferred 8 times for a total of 45 plus minutes. And worse, they seemed annoyed that I was telling I'm stuck in a loop. I was assured the next "specialist" would help me. Finally, someone said that they would have someone call me in 24 hours to fix it. I have low hopes.

I walked here from my house to use the ATM. There has been a sign on the ATM for literally MONTHS saying that it is temporarily out of service. The walk was nice, but I'm done coming here for a machine that is never working.

So I walk in this Saturday morning to open an account for my kids and the teller tells me that they do not open accounts on Saturdays because they are understaffed at that location. There were a total of three staff sitting around the bank with no other customers in there but us. This used to be a great Credit Union. We will move our accounts to a more customer friendly credit union.

Their service is good, but well-liked employees have been fired with no warning and little cause, despite being understaffed already. I think Corporate's actions don't align with the image of "caring" they try to paint themselves in, at least, they don't seem to actually care about the well being of their employees. Maybe they don't understand how humans work. Anyway, I foresee service getting worse as they fire their good workers, whom customers connect with. I do not think it is run by rational people.

Today I spoke with Nicole Krasy from this location. She is the individual who handles insurance matters in Member Solutions. She was incredibly rude and it was apparent that providing me with a solution was not a priority for her. She has a nasty attitude and it is sad I can detect that from a 10 minute phone call. Verity has been good to me but SHE poorly represents the company! I was taking notes during the call and when I asked for her name she giggled almost as if there would be no consequence for her poor service. I have worked in customer service for several years and though the customer is not ALWAYS right, I believe that their needs should be heard and respected. That was not the case when I spoke with Nicole today. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she nonchalantly said "well, he's just gonna tell you the same thing". I am not fond of writing poor reviews but it is important for others to know in the event they have to contact her for any reason. I recommend speaking with someone else or her supervisor. She is not helpful or interested in "member solutions" at all.
