I really like this bank. All the tellers are kind and patient. And I’ve never had any issue with the bank if I ever have problems with outside entities they are in top of it immediately!! Thanks Vocal

I will say that this bank is very customer oriented. Not only have they helped me out, but I have sent many happy loan customers their way. Rhett, Whitney, Eddie and the rest of the staff treat you as a person.....not a credit score. Congrats

Ruth is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills, should not be a customer service rep. I’ve dealt with her multiple times and it’s been the same rude and terrible personality every time. Acts like you’re inconveniencing her. Finally got to talk to the manager about the missing hundreds of dollars from my account and he also didn’t care and was unbothered by it. Don’t recommend anyone banking here!

My wife and I have nothing but good to say about Vocal. Troy is a rockstar and has helped us out a ton and knows his stuff. Everyone in the bank (that we have met) is very personable. They went out on a limb to help our son establish credit. We feel like real people here.

Rhett was extremely helpful and profession in processing my auto loan last year...When I had an issue regarding their computer system pulling my payment early for the past two months...Zoey was extremely helpful, explained the situation, and took care of my issue professionally and resetting my payment date. I would HIGHLY reccommend Vocal as not only a lender, but also as a bank. Their staff has always been kind and quick to assist in any needs that I have had.

Small bank...little no no customer service skills, branch manager never answers, returns calls, and is rarely in the branch.
The head teller seems to be running the show and has no customer skills....
You are told one thing on the phone to find out you wasted time because it changes when you go in
