Joshua was super helpful from start to end. He was very accommodating with all of my requests and communicated with me nonstop throughout the entire process. The Service Manager, Quentin, was very courteous and helpful. He told me how long the job would take… almost 12 days and he was able to get me a very nice “loaner” so I would not be without a car. 5 Stars with the “loaner”.👍. I have always had very good service with Watson Chrysler so would recommend them …. Especially with an older care repair. I have a 2009 Dodge Journey so feel very confident the dealership can always do the repairs/service.

The ones I dealt with were Quentin, Kevin and Jasmine! They all were Awesome! Quentin was so Great! He went above and beyond for me. He sure knows what he's doing. I took my car to 4 other places (One of the four places I had been to twice) I told them all the same information that I gave Quinton and none of them were thorough enough to find the problem, but Quentin went over it thoroughly with Kevin and they got it figured out for me! He set up everything I needed done on my car, including dealing with insurance and warranty paperwork. He was very knowledgeable, professional, listened to my needs and followed through with great attention to detail! He even used some of his lunch hour to give me a ride to the theater, so I didn't have to sit there board for hours waiting for my car. That's above great service! Thank You, so much Quentin, you are a great, knowledgeable and kind human! Kevin was my mechanic, he was professional and thorough! He did a great job and kept my interior clean!
