Be careful doing business with this place , they make up the rules as they go along. I did a lease buy out and was working with their banker to retitle my auto when he left . I was left with no contact information until a very nasty person from the lending department Josie started contacting me and making threats . When I explained I have called my leasing company many times she still went on about charging me fees that were not in my loan agreement with them . Then when I did get the title and was waiting for it to come back from the DMV which takes 6 weeks Josie emails me after 3 weeks and starts threatening to repossess my car . I have been making double payments and I thought I was working with them to fix the title issue . Apparently not following lending regulations and being nasty to their customers is how they run the bank

My mom has banked here for years. Everytime she went in, it was like she turned around and walked out, except they served her. They are super fast and the best thing I love is their care for their customers. At my moms age she's dealing with typical aging symptoms and luckily they found an issue which was my mistake, but regardless they verified it with her to prevent fraud. That alone gives me confidence but I'm also relieved. There are so many elderly people out there who don't have anyone to help them and unfortunately our seniors are a large percentage of those who lose their life savings to scammers. As a manager of a pharmacy we try to look for the signs (like buying large amounts of gift cards) and we do our best to warn them, but not being a bank we cant prevent it. Larger banks don't provide this assistance so I want to thank WNY Federal Credit Union, especially Debbie and Janine who always have my moms back!

Closed my account for dormancy. Only 25.00 but kept the full amount. I was never notified. But I did receive a letter from them telling me that I closed the account and to let them know if there was a reason why I closed it. Really? Ripoff people!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The customer service was amazing and staff was so positive. Setting up an account was quick and easy. We were well informed of all our options and promotions going on. Two thumbs up!

I purchased a new truck and the dealer set me up with a 7.5% loan. The next week I called WNYFCU and secured a, special rate of 3.75% I paid off the dealer loan and saved thousands over the life of that loan. Make that call, you'll be glad you did!

I have been with this credit union for years and have been nothing but satisfied with all the services offered. The tellers and officers have always been professional, pleasant and have addressed my questions or needs in a timely manner. I can't imagine how or why anyone would give this group of people a less than satisfactory rating. Don't hesitate to join this credit union, you won't regret the decision to bank here.

i don’t know why a the negative reviews. I’ve been banking with WNYFCU for years and never had an issue with any of the staff there, especially Mary Jo who’s been very kind and helpful to me over and over. The customer service has been great to me, from banking, to my vehicle loan. I’ve seen great improvement over the years with online banking with them and I know there’s more to come with Apple Pay! I’m pretty certain if the people on here had customer service issues, the branch manager would gladly speak to them and address any matters of concern, because customer relationships are very important for any banking facility. I absolutely recommend this credit union to my friends and family all the time.
