I have had my account with what was Tulsa Federal Employees Credit Union since the mid 90's and have always recommended them to others. That will end today. Today I called what should have been the local branch and was sent to an out of the country call center. I tried to explain that I needed to find out why my auto-payments were not being paid and was told they could not help me, that they would have to have someone call me back in 24 business hours!!
What happened to this bank and their personal touch. I can not use my card now and can not speak to anyone about it?

This is the third time been on the phone forever and can't get a live body. I've been a loyal customers for decades. About to switch to another credit union. Discovered they are charging me $5.00 every pay period for a "bad address fee" from my savings account, and they have been doing this for months!?! Tulsa Federal Credit Union never charged me bogus fees. I don't want the AI rep named Joy. I need a live person. This is so frustrating!!

We have been members of We Street for over 50 years & the customer service sucks. I try to use my debit card, which has plenty of money in the account, & the last 2 times it has been declined for a fraud alert. I never received info about having a fraud alert on the account. So when I try to call, all I get is phone robots who can’t even recognize me as a customer. After 30 minutes trying to reach somebody, I gave up and now I’m going to have to get in my car & drive there to get this straightened out. I’ll probably close the account but the phone robot won’t care.

This place has become the worst after it was so great while it was TFCU. They sent me someone else's escrow and mortgage information in the mail stating my loan was going to go up an additional $287 starting this month. No one could help online or help me on the phone and no one called me back. So I went into the closest location and was sent to 4 different people before they could explain that it was a printing error. But now someone has my personal financial info and with just a little bit of ingenuity could easily obtain even more info. They couldn't even give me my correct statement, and instead said they would be sending out new pages within three weeks, well after my mortgage would already be affected. I was really shocked with how badly this was handled and don't think I will be staying with them much longer. EDIT: NOW they're sending me notices saying I don't have Home Owners insurance and that they will be purchasing it for me if I don't prove that I do. My Homeowners Insurance Policy is 100% active and paid through my escrow account with WESTREET. This is absolutely the worst Credit Union

This establishment has been In steady decline and with deceptive practices. Trying to reach anyone local to the bank trying to resolve issues is almost impossible. Hold times and Communication is terrible and they want to call you back always. I’d read the reviews and take your business somewhere else that actually cares and support their customer/Members.

Back when they were tulsa federal credit union they were a great, since they have became westeeet they have turned on overdraft without consent and then wouldn't waive any fees, if you try to mobile deposit a check expect it to take at least a week and if you call to find out the status the support is now based overseas and no longer local. Seems they are more focused on profit over customer satisfaction. I have recently switched banks I would not advise using westreet.

I have two accounts with We Street, a personal account and a business account. I opened both when the institution was known as Tulsa Federal Credit Union. Ever since the name change and with the latest "core conversion", the service and the ability to bank has gone down hill fast. Prior to the "core conversion" I was able to easily move money between my personal and business accounts, sometimes fairly large sums. Now I can't do that. I have to use the "pay a person" feature which limits the amount you're able to transfer to $500 per transaction. Then I've tried to connect to an external account at another financial institution. No dice. We Street claims the routing number of my other financial institution is not valid, which is not true. The inability to move or transfer funds between my different accounts and institutions has really put me in some financial predicaments. If things at We Street do not improve I will close both accounts.

Ever since the bank changed it’s name. It’s been the worst bank I’ve ever had
June 10 during the system update we street unlocked my card and let multiple charges get ran up Leaving me in debt. -900 dollars when i called to get help i got transferred around multiple times and still did not get my issue resolved if you want to keep your money safe DO NOT bank here
