Customer service is excellent. Need tires this is a great place to get them! They tend to have excellent prices on them.parts the department is very friendly and helpful. This is where I get my service for my GMC and do great work. Just bought a new Chevy truck from here and had great service through all of the steps here.

Excellent service. Couldn't find my parts for 1992 Camaro but are still trying!!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Was told to bring my disabled veteran father's handicap converted Traverse, with not even 12,000 miles, to Youngs to determine why the check engine light was on.
First visit I was told to drive it and the light would probably go off. It didn't. Made an appointment to bring it back, after an hour they come out and tell me they can't fix it and want to charge my father $160 for their time. There was NEVER a discussion OR agreement to pay anything. So disgusted. And to think I almost bought a car from them while I was waiting. Buyer BEWARE! I've now been waiting an hour for them to attempt to make things right, Had I not said anything they would have taken my money without question.
They let me take the vehicle home, but are still determined that someone is going to pay them for looking at a vehicle under warranty. Sad way to do business.

Hard to de ide how to do this but. Bought a brand new chevey traverse. And it has been back to this shop 5 times for same issue. Up till this last time ,even tho problem Has not been fixed, I have be ok with service. This lasttime had a appt for 9 am. So we are there and keys given and was told should be done by 2 pm.so we. Went off And did shopping . Got back at 2pm,car was still where we left it!went I. And ask what's going on and the service guy says we had other stuff to work on and haven't got to it. So we sat another 2 hours and got it back. Guess what it still has the same problem a tick noise. And can't be diagnosed!! GM sure isn't your father's automobile anymore!

I would recommend Young Chevy GMC to anyone. I contacted Kelly at Young's looking for a new vehicle. I am a busy mom who's schedule doesn't mix well with my husband's so we didn't have a lot of time to shop around. She did exactly what I needed and wanted her to do and did the shopping around for me. She saved me a bunch of time and found a vehicle that fit well for my family and my budget. She made sure it was detailed thoroughly and followed up after the purchase. Kelly is amazing. We are so happy with this experience and will be returning to Young's for our future vehicle purchases 🙂
