Would highly recommend Yrefy for any student loan issues you have. Sallie mae loans were high and payments were sky rocketing. Katie and Danielle were beyond pleasant to work with! They were there every step of the way, answered ANY questions I had about the process. Never failed to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. Pleasant experience. Danielle & Rose were great through the process. I had high student private loan debt financed by Sallie Mae. I wasn’t sure if Yrefy was real but I did research and they were perfect for my situation. A little unconventional but works. Loans have to be in default but they hold your hand through the entire process and your credit recovers. Excellent team of professionals that actually care about your situation and want to help you. I’m so glad I made the decision to work with Yrefy.

Really awesome company to work with! Danielle and Felix help a lot with questions and throughout the whole process. Danielle and Mathew were both very professional and easy to work with. They explained the process and what I could expect to occur and gave me the timeline for completion of the refinance. All my phone messages were returned within the hour I left them. They were the only lenders willing to offer me a refinance and the rate and length of loan was less than what I was getting from Sallie Mae and Citizens Bank. They combined the 2 loans for a lower payment than I was making before and the loan will be paid off years sooner. I would highly recommend Yrefy to anyone looking to refinance a defaulted student loan.

Legit the best decision i could have ever made. I was so bogged down with my Sallie Mae loans and Danielle and LaTonya were absolutely amazing in helping me refinance and lowering my monthly payments
. The process was so easy and seamless. I was paying over 700 dollars monthly and now I’m down to 200 with an amazing interest rate. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Yrefy to anybody who is struggling with student loan debt. 10/10.

I really appreciated the time that Kendra C spent explaining the program and how it works in very understandable detail! I also loved that on a more personal level I did not feel judged and felt validated that what I was going through with my daughter's Sallie Mae loans that I co-signed for was not something unusual or weird. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone looking for more cost effective options to pay off their student loan debts. I felt totally unpressured and the communication was on my own timeframe and not annoying or aggressive.
