They recently spent a whole lot of time and money remodeling this branch but they should have spent it on hiring more tellers!!! I have been waiting forever to see a teller today. Very frustrating.

I haven't had a good experience here in years. The last time I went in the teller spoke nicely but had a face of disdain. Another time when I was broke and needed to deposit change they didn't accept it (is that legal?) and tried to make me feel like crap about it. Below is a review from 5 years ago.
And yes, the remodel was a waste of money. No I don't want to touch a filthy screen. Better customer service starts with people, not this ridiculous remodel.

Great Credit Union. I dumped my big monster mega bank for this credit union and I could not have been more happy. They are for their members. Great rates and affordable rates on all their financial products. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. They have free coin star for their members and free shred days where you can bring all the stuff you want to shred. Overall, a great place to do business.

Engagement in financial punishment on a member injured on the job and on TDD because of injury. They have proven themselves to be Wells Fargo level financial predators pretending to be a Credit Union. They used to be decent before branch closures and policy changes. Avoid unless you enjoy your bank making up excuses to take your money and damage your credit.

do not go here for shared branch banking This is supposed to be a shared branch credit union but unfortunately they refuse to serve anyone who doesn't have an account directly with them. They put ridiculously low limits on withdrawals and won't allow you to access your money and straight up won't serve you other times. They now have a sign that says they can't support shared branch due to covid staffing issues, but when I went in there were multiple tellers with no customers who spent time telling me they wouldn't help me instead of helping.

High Alien Productions

This bank will do transactions for you without explaining everything to their costumers. The security they offer to your money is pathetic. They will quickly jump to protect themselves and leave you without protection. Your money is safer outside of your house with a big sign that says “ This is not money” while a neon arrow is pointing at big bags with $ symbol printed on them.
