Thank you Braden for patiently helping me!! I've been running around from my main bank to afcu banks and no one had answers or helped me figure out how to get my external transfer connected on the app(as ive already supposedly connected my banks through the app to no success somehow even calling costumer service). And at this point alot of people have been showing irritation while I needed help with it. So I ended up just getting a cashiers check from my external main bank and just went to deposit it to pay my auto-loan at a different afcu location (this one). That's when I got Braden, he was super helpful and kind, (may I also add that his voice was SUPER soft and soothing which really helped calm my anxiety and frustration!?) he even brought up if I wanted to set up auto pay from my main external bank to my afcu loan without me mentioning it and got me all connected right then and there. (Let me add in that this is my first time working with 2 different banks at the same time so I'm super clueless on how ant of this works!)

Give this man a raise!! Thank you once again keep up the great work you made my sh*tty day so much better! I will be coming to this location for any help from now on even though it is a bit of a drive!?

I"m 3 days late on my visa payment...still within my 10 day grace period. I actually still have 7 days in that grace period left. Been a member for 30 yrs & the teller says in front of all the customers, "I see you're late on your visa payment, would you like to make that now?" What nerve! This has happened a couple of times before. This seems to be a standard practice they teach their tellers. I've had enough of the snail mail, lack of flexibility, & wait times on the phone. Time to transfer all my stuff to MACU! SO much easier & user friendly!

This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that the branch inside smiths on 90th and redwood road has closed early. Today there was 2 tellers still with customers and the lady closes the curtain and won’t let me deposit my rent. Thanks by Monday I will have an eviction. By closing 5 minutes early my life is ruined.

We went to get a personal loan and not the greatest experience. We talked to 3 different people and we were told different things over the phone how to use our loan that we were approved for! This was unacceptable, first this Jake or Jacob said we could pay off a few credit cards than use the remaining money to write someone a check out too. I called twice to verify this before coming in. They ran our credit twice as well and we told them to take the other one off our credit. This loan was for our wedding/ and a car not for credit cards. Once we got there to sign for the loan Mckallie told us no we were approved for the 10,000 but only for our credit cards to pay off! This is unacceptable service when nobody knows what is going on!!
All I have to say is Thank you too Gabrielle Shipley she knows her facts and helped us and went out of her way to help us. She is the only reason this location is getting 3 stars. She should be managing this location.

It is gratifying to be recognized (even with a Covid mask) and greeted enthusiastically.
The managers are responsive to our business needs.
The tellers are accurate and through.
I rarely have to wait, because they have several tellers helping customers.

Well I used to love them but as soon as my check deposits on the 22nd I will be paying off my LOC and closing all accounts! I’ve been with them for a few years now and they denied my vehicle loan! I have a steady job in business development and they lied about my credit score I went to check for myself cuz they were saying I have deliquencies and a bad credit score and nope! I have good credit and no deliquencies! They should probably figure out how to check that stuff right and the fact that they can’t really makes me nervous as a customer to even let them handle money in the first place! So as of the 22nd ADIOS America First! I’ll be leaving to a more trustworthy cash handling facility!
