In the process of buying a car, they were closing and we were supposed to come back and sign paperwork. We made a $1000 down payment. Then we made a payment. That day the broke down in Ann Arbor. It was at a shop out there. All informed to the owner. He then called the cops saying we stole the car and when they showed up to have my husband arrested for grand theft auto, we showed documentation and told them the real story. Now he is having the car brought back to him. So he has the car and our deposit and will not give anything back. We are seeing an attorney and the cops have been notified. It was only a couple weeks from beginning to end.

Do not do business with!!!!

Rip off and a waste of time. Both are a complete joke. They charge way more than cars are worth. Doesn’t have mechanic to fix any issues before selling them. You end up paying more in repairs than the car is actually worth. I’m actually surprised they are still open due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The guy is usually either high or smoking cigars while on the clock, which is not ok. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever! If you want a decent car, go somewhere else.

They are great to deal with and any problems I initially found they told me just to take it in and get it fixed and they deducted the cost from my payment. The dodge grand caravan we purchased from them runs great we just drove it to Maryland and back and didn't have any problems at all. Just go in and visit the lot you wont be disappointed.

Had issues with the vehicle from the start. Ended up letting him have it back after it sat for months because it never ran but maybe 3 months outta the 14 I had the car. Was told he would sell it and I would have to pay what was left over but charged me all the car had left on and and then some. And never took the car to auction or sold it. It sat in his back lot where we left it when he sent the bill.

This is in response to Tim Matthews review of Action Auot Sales llc
When you bought the car from Action Auto Sales you had NO MONEY DOWN and that was over two years ago. It was Repoed three time, No maintense was preformed on this 1999 vehicle. Last time it was repoed. The repo man found 3 crack pipes and brillow pads and roaches.. You promised the last time you would be back on Monday to pay. You never showed up (again) and never called. We were more than patient with you as we kept the car in the back here for over a year so you could get funds together. When you first bought the car you were riding your bike. We felt sorry for you so we decided to give you a chance. But after many attempts and giving you back the car two other times we had to repo it from a Topless Bar. If you would have just called you would still have your car.

Well I'm going to go there today probably and look at a car.I read the comments and there's mixed emotionsI figured that would happen.But remember people when you go to buy a used carAnd are you spend is between 1000 and 2500 you get what you pay for.

My friend, who is in his 60's just purchased a car from Bruce. He drove the car 3 miles and the motor started knocking so badly that it would hardly move. He called Bruce at the dealership and Bruce said that it was not on him bcz the car was sold as is. This is literally what happened. Put this guy out of business..... DON'T BUY HERE.
