Just called about getting help with housing for my disabled neice who is blind. The man Tasha who I spoke with needs to be fired. I thought this agency was here to help people not hang up on them. I will be finding a way to complain on this person. I have dealt with this agency before for myself. I have never been treated the way this gentlemen treated me! Totally uncalled for and unprofessional!

Funny in other towns it a great place.But not in Jackson.Who's in charge of this place?I want to talk to the head person.Can you not even read?Every review says no one ever answers or calls back.Reviews are for writing what the problems are with your business.And fixing the problems with your business.Not reading what the problems are.And doing nothing to fix the problems.Who and where can you turn this place in at?I'm going to find out.I've had beyond more then enough of the scam places just like this one in Jackson.And not being able to get the proper help.I'm going to find out where I can start turning places like this into.Almost a decade.Almost 8 years.8 years of calling,and calling,and calling.And not once has any worker for any department I need help in ever answered or called me back.I've been told for going on 6 years know that section 8 has been closed.And I found out that if you don't work at places like this.Or know someone who does.They won't answer,call back,or even help you when you go in.What a joke of a place.Just like every place in jackson.The ones who actually earn and need the help in this town.Never get the help they deserve.Because the people that run places like this in jackson.Get away with having a business and doing nothing to fix there business.But still have a job and a business.And nobody is doing anything about it.I don't know how.Probably because you don't know who is in charge.Can't get ahold of anyone in any department.And don't know who to turn this place into.Your suppose to be helping people.Not going out of your way to screw people over.Like I said",it's a joke of a place.Just like every other business like this in jackson.

Being considered low income, I always gratefully utilize the tax assistance!

The people that volunteer their time and assistance have a special place in their heart for people like me that desperately need help to accurately send the IRS what it's supposed to get without making grievous errors, which I am sure I would make those errors since English, not mathematics was my strong suit. To this day, the numbers give me a pretty nasty stress headache. Without those kind souls being there for me to ALWAYS feel confident in my filings, I would truly be stuck.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who really cares about a tax return being accurate, whether it requires having to pay the IRS, or if Lord willing, a refund might come back to you. It is certainly a very helpful program, and I would be lost without them.

Bravo to the IRS tax service offered by the CAA in Jackson ! Oh, and thanks again for the opportunity!

I have called them multiple times to ask for help with deposit and first month's rent so me and my boys don't lose this apartment I was approved for. But every time I call...I get voicemail...I've called so many times...left so many voice-mail and no one will answer or call me back!!

Me and my boyfriend met with a worker to sign section 8 paperwork and told us to call her if we needed help and everytime we called no answer typical behavior for the caseworkers in this city
