Our family just purchased a Dodge Ram from Extreme. It was found shortly thereafter that the rear brakes Extreme's service department did before selling the vehicle were done faulty and negligent, with NO BOLTS put in the brakes. Despite the severe safety risk this caused myself and my children, this also caused numerous damages to the vehicle. Upon reaching out via email to the General Manager and Owner (Wes Lutz) nobody has responded to work with us to remedy the severe stress and issues caused by Extreme Dodges negligence. I would recommend that buyers beware of this dealership. The entire experience has been horrible from the start, and now my and my children's lives were put at risk which seems to be no concern to the top dogs here. Next step we are being forced to: litigation. Please save yourself the headache and strain and buy somewhere else.

I just bought a new HellCat here. Terry Hardcastle was awesome to work with and they practically gave it to me after all the incentives from corporate. I ended up buying a Rubicon from her less than 24 hours later. I got 2 new vehicles and a big fat $$ check from my 2 trades. WAY WAY better to work with than the Clinton dodge dealership, to which i will NEVER return. Extreme is it for me.

I acquired a 2022 model vehicle with a cash purchase. Within 160 miles of operation, the transmission exhibited slippage, the driver's seat malfunctioned, seat stitching failed, and several door bolts were missing or loose.

Following the purchase of an extended warranty, I presented the vehicle to the dealership for service. Despite assurances of repair by any ASE-certified mechanic, I was instead directed to Art Moahn Chevrolet.

The best part of my experience was the salesman. Go figure!

Recently took my Dodge Caravan into service for antifreeze and oil leak. They were quick to diagnose and find more that I needed done since they were already opening it up. Parker was very helpful when helping determine which out of all the recommendations were most needed. Not only did I have a coolant and oil leak but it was also leaking transmission fluid. So I was looking at a very big cost for repairs! As a mom of 3 boys my mini van is needed daily so only being without it for a few days was so appreciated for them getting it done so quickly!! When I got it back I was confused on why behind my grill what looked like the radiator wasn’t replaced. I called after getting it back explaining what I was seeing and what work I got done. They agreed that should’ve been replaced. They told me to bring it back the next day so they could look at it. The woman at the service desk who came up to me and explained to me piece by piece like she was reading straight out of cars for dummies really upset me. I think her name was Tara. After spending 3500$ on repairs. I expected to be respected more. Other then that I had a great experience with my repair. But if someone thinks the work they paid top dollar to be done wasn’t. I don’t want to talk to Tara. Who ever she is. I would’ve been happier talking to who actually worked on my car! Who I paid top dollar to do so!
Thank you anyways Extreme! My mini van drives better then the day I bought it so I am overall happy about that.

My experience with Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been consistently problematic and unprofessional across multiple service visits.

Vehicle Details & History:
I purchased my Dodge Charger less than 2 years ago and have experienced continuous issues since it had only 2,400 miles. Despite multiple service appointments, the same problems persist without resolution.

Ongoing Mechanical Issues Never Addressed:
• Severe brake problems requiring service every 4,000-6,000 miles (5+ brake services in just 30,000 miles)
• Complete brake failure incidents where the pedal goes to the floor with no response
• Persistent vibration throughout the vehicle despite multiple tire balancings
• Clunking noises from the rear when shifting or slowing down
• Additional clunking when turning right
• Vehicle shaking when accelerating from a stop
• Excessive play in the steering wheel with poor alignment
• Grinding brakes with whole-vehicle shaking during braking

Service Department Issues:
1. Vehicle Damage: My rims were damaged during service, yet the dealership refuses to take responsibility despite the damage occurring while in their care.

2. Smoking in Vehicle: On TWO separate occasions, my vehicle was returned reeking of cigarette smoke. As someone with asthma, this triggered respiratory issues. When I complained the second time, I was dismissively told "only one person smokes in the building" - as if that makes it acceptable to smoke in a customer's vehicle.

3. Case Closure Without Repairs: My service case was closed with no actual repairs performed despite serious safety concerns about the braking system.

4. Dismissive Attitude: Service staff repeatedly dismissed legitimate concerns as "normal" or claimed "everything looks good" despite the issues being readily apparent.

5. Unprofessional Management: When I persisted in seeking resolution, the service manager told me to "take my business elsewhere" rather than addressing these legitimate concerns.

The most concerning aspect is their cavalier attitude toward safety issues. After experiencing brake failure that caused me to run a red light, their lack of urgency in addressing these problems is alarming.

I'm sharing this detailed account to help other consumers make informed decisions and to highlight the importance of accountability in automotive service. When you entrust your vehicle to a service department, you deserve respect for both your property and your concerns.

We were in need of a work truck, and found an amazing deal at Extreme Dodge. We are from out-of-state, and Terry answered all of our questions and helped us inspect the truck before we made the drive to purchase it. She was prompt and helpful, and she stayed after hours to help us purchase. Our three young children were with us, and she was kind and patient with them. The dealership had a friendly and accommodating staff. We are very happy with our truck purchase! Would highly recommend Extreme Dodge, and make sure to ask for Terry!

From the sales team to the service team, they get you taken care of. Remembering that this dealership only has so much wiggle room when it comes to the cost of a new vehicle, they make sure they can do what is necessary to keep lifelong customers. I am a GM guy at heart and only by Rams because of the employees discount I get but, will say this facility is one of the best. I have had other facilities tell me they would not work on my truck because of a leveling kit, but this service team contacted MOPAR for me and ensured the warranty took care of the repairs

Purchased a used 2022 Pacifica from Glen Richardson. He was great to work with! We told him what we were looking for and in what price range and he did all he could to find us the right fit.
