UPDATE: Launch was very receptive and released the funds. Bravo! 4 stars because it should have been easier than this.

I've had an account with Launch for 15 years. No problems, no overdrafts, thousands of dollars deposited every month.
I deposited an insurance check, and they decided to hold it for 9 business days. I went to Chase, the bank it was drawn on to verify that the check had been paid. It had. I went into Launch and waited for nearly an hour and was asked all kinds of questions about the nature of the check - personal information. At the end of it all, they decided to release $200 of the $1,000, making me wait the full nine business days for them to release the other.
Considering the length of time that I've had an account the amount of money that I deposit into this account each month and the fact that the check had been paid this is outrageous. I do not recommend this credit Union to anyone.

Angela H. & Kendy C. Help us to open up a new business account. They worked with the corporate office and we were discovering potential issues when setting up the account. They went above and beyond to help facilitate us to find those answers and then to open up the account. Without their help, we would not have been able to enjoy the services offered by Launch!

I would give a zero star if I could. I have been a customer for years now. Within that time I have had many personal loans and have paid them off early or on time. I went by today to see if I could take out a personal loan for credit consolidation and was short changed and was told that it because of my debt to income and they offered me something so much lower that it wouldn't even help me to take out the loan just give me more debt. When I asked why my past payment history doesn't speak for itself, I was told sorry there'snothing we can do. I was telling everyone I knew to go do business with this bank. My family has accounts with this bank. Well no more I will be looking for other banking options this place is a joke. Still waiting to hear from the branch Manger too let's see if they even call.

Houston: Thanks to Angela and Kendy I don't have a problem when it comes to financial transactions at very convinient location. All SYSTEMS ARE GO! So far they've had an answer for all questions and even thoroughly explained any suggestions on options that might best suite my needs.

Brite, knowledgable, professional and attentive. These two definetly know how to do the business of the business while making you feel right at home.

I have been a customer with Launch for years and have many accounts with them and I’m disappointed in recent experience has gone down hill. I have applied for a loan and have not heard a word from anybody in over a week.
I have tried to call and no one answers or calls back. The customer service is not what is use to be and I’m disappointed.
I will have to rethink my banking options.

I have been banking with Launch 🚀 since 2000 when I moved to Florida. They have always been helpful and kind. Recently I lost my job that I was at for 23 1/2 years. My auto loan is with Launch and I have unemployment and death insurance benefits with them through Trustage. Thank God for Connie Manney that offered me the insurance because I still have my car ! So grateful for Launch!! Thank you! 🙏🏽

I’m very surprised to see so many negative reviews here. My wife and I have belonged to this credit union for nearly 40 years and have always been treated politely and with respect. Most recently we have been served by Rose and Amir. Both were friendly, accommodating and provided exactly what we requested.
I think that the credit union is even better since they dropped the federal charter. That has allowed them to offer a greater variety of services than before.
About a year ago we were able to revamp our accounts because the new charter allowed accounts to be in the name of a trust. Brandon was the person who capably guided us through that adventure. He made it pretty simple, even if time-consuming.
We feel fortunate to have Launch Credit Union available to us for all our banking needs.
