Tube un vehículo en member source yo llame para información sobre mis pagos cuando yo me enferme y no pude trabajar. Me ayudaron con mis pagos y la señorita Jannet me aviso que tenia una aseguranza extra que me ayudó en el momento que lo necesitaba. Estoy agradecido por la ayuda que me ofrecieron.

I just had an amazing experience dealing with Joyce, one of the staff members. She ensured she answered all my questions and didn’t stop until everything had been figured out. She even offered to return my call once everything had been corrected and actually called back to inform me. Best service I’ve received.

Do not join this bank or become a member. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hate I’m even being forced to even continue to give them business. There debit card machine is always down. When you finally get a debit card it doesn’t work when you try to make purchases at businesses which is so embarrassing. Then you can’t get your money off your account at ATMs and have to go through 10 representatives until they can fix whatever problem it is. Then they offer Zelle but they will send the money you receive back to the recipient causing another inconvenience. It just inconvenience after inconvenience. Just save yourself the headache.

Words of warning about the main branch on Richmond Avenue...

1. The drop box does NOT get touched on Saturday. Yes, they are open from 8am-1:00pm on Saturdays, but they do not touch the drop box. Do not put urgent deposits in that drop box Friday-Sunday.

2. They put a hold on almost everything. The only deposits that you can count on getting immediately is direct deposit and cash.

3. No walk-in tellers. Walk-in teller service stopped during the pandemic and never came back. The teller stations have been empty (with the lights turned off) for four years. All they have is a receptionist who takes your deposit to some out-of-site person in a side-office. Then she comes back 10 minutes later with your receipt. They act like we live in a world where everybody owns a car. Very out-of-touch with reality.

4. No more "simply free checking". Greed has gotten the best of them, I guess. Now it's "Emerald Checking" with a $7 monthly fee, even if you have direct deposit!

I had an amazing Shared Branch transaction today with operator 188. She's the nicest banker I've ever met. Additionally, service was fast, they pay attention to detail, there's plenty of up front parking, clean facilities, and am ATM inside as well as outside. Great experience!! I'd give it a million stars if I could.
