This was my first time financing a car, and I had a really good experience at Michigan Auto Sales. I was really tired of having shitty cars that weren't reliable (I've had really bad luck in the private market). I went in to look at a car one day and left, saying I needed to think about it. Went all over Kalamazoo, Portage, and Three Rivers just to come back here after seeing what else was out there as far as dealerships (not impressed 😒).
They worked with me and explained everything to me without making me feel dumb. Now I have peace of mind that I have a reliable vehicle that's also great on gas for my hour each way commute.

I walked into Michigan Auto Sales with little to no hope given my circumstances. I expected to obtain an undesirable loan with high interest, and instead got a great vehicle at a great price, with the best auto loan I’ve ever been able to get! The best part of my experience was dealing with Dan, as he was probably the most respectful and straightforward salesman I’ve ever dealt with. At no time did I feel I was being pushed or “sold” on anything. If you’re on the market and wanting to support small business with respectable, down to earth people, I highly recommend Michigan Auto Sales!

Michigan Auto Sales took care of all the details on our first ever electric vehicle purchase. They even deducted the rebate upfront. Absolutely the best affordable used cars!! I bought my 2017 Honda 8 months ago now and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. I had an issue with getting my drivers license to work ahen being approved so I had to renew it. and they were so kind and patient with me. 10/10

Excellent car-buying experienced and lots of good quality vehicles on their lot. Other reviewers talk about how laid back Dan and his dad are, but you don’t appreciate how true that is until you’ve experienced it. No pressure at all. Easy to work with, happy to let you get the cars checked out by an independent mechanic. I would highly recommend.

If I could take away any star you ever received it still wouldn't make up for the disappointment I feel knowing how you try to scam people. Had the vehicle go through a full inspection that had a total of almost $30k of work needed for a 3k vehicle, and he tryed saying, "A light came on because of the cold." And then he says, "We tryed to warn you it had problems. " Are you serious?

I bought a 2015 Toyota 4runner sr5 premium 4x2 haven't the vehicle a week yet and already needs to go into the shop. The sales staff are obviously to any thing that might be wrong with the vehicle. You are better off going to either right way and even express auto before buying anything from these people.
