Carlos Salome showed the Ford Mavericks on the lot to us and helped us understand the differences between models. He also went over the truck bed accessories in detail He gave us a lot of his time even though he couldn’t sell us the truck due to an unresolved recall.

We returned when the recall was resolved and continued working with Carlos because he was so good to us. We selected our truck and worked with Carlos and manager Adam May on price and accessories. It was a very friendly and good experience and we were pleased with how we were treated.
