A follow up about the 2022 Expedition I purchased a few weeks ago, now that the weather is warm and I have had a few weeks with the vehicle, I have discovered the following issues which I believe the dealer should have caught.. 1. Bad wiper blades 2. Scratched rear glass 3. Broken rear washer fluid tube 4. Broken interior lamp button. 5. Broken/missing part of wire harness connector. In addition to originally reported issues of 1. Missing original door lock panel access code 2. Terrible tires 3. Missing manual. All this from a vehicle with ford warranty.

A couple weeks back I purchased a 2022 Ford Expedition Max from Serra Ford Kalkaska. Within 24 hours of purchase, I discovered that the tires on the vehicle were absolutely worthless if not deadly in the snow. After reviewing online reviews of the specific model of tire, I found that many people experienced the same terrible
Performance with ice and snow. Over a week ago sales indicated they would speak with management about my issue, however I have not received any further response regarding my issue. I went ahead and purchased new tires ($1200) from a local tire store. I am greatly disappointed in how the dealer has handled this issue.

I ask them for a certain vehicle and they searched state and found it for me. The whole transaction was seamless. Jeff my salesman even went the extra mile and called my insurance company for me. Absolutely love my new durango.

Best sales experience we’ve ever had! Sales person, Jeremy Peterson was awesome!! He was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions - a true joy to work with. He arranged for the vehicle to be delivered from Gaylord to Kalkaska making the distance required to travel for us shorter. He also ensured that the e-vehicle was fully charged so we didn’t have to immediately worry about charging.

The paperwork & vehicle were ready when we arrived for our delivery appointment and the transaction was quick and painless. 🤣.

Jeremy spent the appropriate amount of time with us, answering last minute questions of ours (we had a lot since this is our first electric vehicle), setting up our connectivity to the vehicle, and walking us thru the infotainment system.

All in all a really good experience!

I recently took my car in for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation, which I booked online a week prior. Upon arrival they ask what car I am looking to pick up. When I state I am there for a scheduled oil change, the person I was talking to (not sure of his position) responded with "not today you're not". After double checking the computer and in fact seeing me scheduled appointment, he half heartedly apologized saying, 'sorry, I'm a little retarded'. Since they aren't a subaru dealer, they went to check to see if they had the correct oil & filter for my scheduled appointment. They in fact had the oil, but not the filter. They could send someone to get the filter, but they'd rather reschedule out a few more days so they could get it delivered. I am giving this review 2 stars rather than 1 because they did in fact do the oil change after I said I would really prefer to stick with my already scheduled appointment. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and was really taken aback with how the staff went about this. As a customer, I was made to feel as though it was my fault and I was inconveniencing the staff. I have been a Serra customer for many years, but this left a very poor taste in my mouth about the Kalkaska location.

Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Brandon Perryman and had an awesome experience! Brandon was so helpful! He wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase! He went above and beyond to help me! He even called a couple days after my purchase to follow up and make sure I was still happy with my purchase!
