Do not buy a vehicle from them! They have great customer service! My process was so easy. But here I am a month later with all of my money sunk into buying this vehicle and it has a blown transmission. Paid for an extended warranty that I’m still responsible for basically paying for everything. Oh and to add the warranty company wants to put used parts in my car! So no take your business else where! Nothing but a screw over at this point!

Nothing but the best of service here. Bought a 2015 Mazda3 sport and the owner Charity gave me a pretty darn good deal!! The car is in phenomenal condition for being used, only has 96k on it, and runs MUCH BETTER than I expected. It’s got some kick to it and even came with a one year warranty and gap coverage, which is important especially in FL where accidents are higher than average.

In the original photos on their website, the car was missing its rear passenger reflector, which I was worried about. When I saw the car in person, however, the reflector had been replaced, almost like it never even fell off!

About charity, because this is really why I even bothered doing the review… She is the owner of the place, 8 years! Any question I had, she had a straightforward, no fuss answer. We sat with her for about 2 hours, she explained everything about the car and the prices with it, simplified complex answers to complex questions and we even rambled about stuff not even related to the car while waiting for the insurance quotes and numbers to be crunched. All in all, she was super friendly, professional, and really knows what she’s doing, especially when it came to getting a deal. Charity KNOWS what she’s doing, and she’s damn good at it.

The building itself is very clean, both inside and out, and they have a LARGE service center, where they diagnose each car that comes in and fixes them as needed, and the staff really just gets along with one another. Definitely positive vibes inside.

Definitely know your expectations, know what you’re looking for, do your research, and you should be smooth sailing out of their lot with a good vehicle! The one year warranty will help too because if something blows or goes bad, they’ll replace it with little to no charge to YOU.

These people are scammers. Be careful dealing with them. The lady who deals with your paperwork will give you all types of run around. Make sure ask for car fax because she doesn't offer it. Make sure your down payment is used correctly, make sure if the car is bought off auction which most they cars are have proper paperwork to show if the car has bodily damage because they will lie about it. When you ask her questions her most famous response is "I don't remember that conversation ". Not only did they say stand behind they cars but they also stand behind lies. I can only imagine how many people were scammed. You know you are wrong when you try and talk over someone and that lady is good for cutting off your words and talking over you. Professionalism truly sucks. Also charity stated it was no record on file of the car having bodily damage after she had already told me the car auction marked the car for bodily damage. One lie after the other. If you examine the car you can clearly see where the car had bodily damage, nit only that the car was used commercial as a rental car and she didn't disclose that information either. The bank informed me the car was used as commercial and offered to let me out of my loan because charity failed to disclose this information. In life you have options, Charity unprofessional attitude and just wanting to take a person money , that option wasn't provided to me. Now she wants to take $500 out of my down payment and if you look at the paperwork it doesn't show how my down-payment was utilized. When I asked her how my down-payment was utilized she got STONE COLD QUIET.
BUT you people swear by her. Open your eyes people.

if you’re looking to get into a car as soon as yesterday, you MUST go to this place. charity is a very hard worker and VERY easy to work with. she does anything and everything in her power to get you into the car you desire on the lot… i just bought my 2016 subaru crosstrek very clean and happy with my pruchase. if you think something is impossible, go to charity… SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU NO MATTER WHAT. suncoast auto sales is THE place to shop.
