Wally Niecko is rude and shady.

We were interested in a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible at Wally Niecko Used Cars in Jackson Michigan.

I asked to drive the car to my trusted mechanic, and Wally tried to make it difficult for me. And give excuses as to why I should trust him and there was no need to have it inspected.

I had my wife go see Wally to test drive the car and he gave her the creeps within 2 minutes of being on the property. He was being rude to an other customer on the phone while she was waiting for him. He talked the entire test drive and did not focus on selling the car. As if he was distracting her on purpose.

After my trip to my mechanic... we discovered that the rear differential axle seals are leaking and the rear struts needed to be replaced. The car actually makes noise on bumps in the road. The guy that rode along to my mechanics noticed it first. When I returned to his shop to haggle and make an offer he was rude and did not care at all what my mechanic had to say about the car...

So it continues. I did not trust Wally. So after getting my financing in order... I went through a different dealership to have the car properly checked out and certified. All Wally had to do was drive the car to the dealership (less than 5 miles) and have the car inspected. After the inspection, he could get his check and have sold the car at his asking price.

Wally would not allow the car to be inspected by a real dealer before the sale. This is extremely shady. And Wally should not be trusted!

Update: The dealership has located me the same car but 2LT not LS at the same price. It will be here Thursday. I will post this story from their side when the entire sale is complete.

I have purchased my last three sets of tires from Wally... saved lots of $ and it was a great experience! So when my wife needed a used car... I asked Wally and his son to find one for me! Within 3 weeks they found exactly what we were looking for!!! The process was low pressure, hassle free and fun!! The opposite of most car shopping!! Trustworthy and used cars don't normally go hand in hand but with Wally and his son... they do!!!

Wally, his son John, and his grandson Johnny run a good business,they are a great asset to our community, fair and honest, they also have the oil change around the corner and Tommy runs it, it's a good place to get a quick reasonably priced oil change

Ripoff cardealer,

Never buy car there.
They are not trustable and ripped off several people.
Cars are not wurth the price they ask and have many problems that you descover later on.
They will not refund and ignore you later on.

So NEVER NEVER buy one there and go somewhere else were they are honest.

Terrible customer service. The owner’s son broke a stud off of my rotor and feels he is not responsible. A true business would back up their work with quality and not create more unnecessary expense for the customer. The business needs to learn how to respect their customer’s property and to replace what they break!!
I would not recommend this business to any one.
