I was looking for a manual Volkswagen Jetta and wasn't having luck in Wisconsin. Found a listing on cars.com and got in touch quickly. Johnathan Moore was great. Sent me a video of the Jetta, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop. Drove 3 hours to Michigan to test drive and buy it. Because it was an out-of-state purchase, I had to wait a week to actually get the car, but that didn't bother me. I was pleasantly surprised that shipping was free. The delivery driver called me when he was 30 miles away and was friendly. Car arrived clean and ready to roll. John and everyone I talked with at the dealership was great to talk to and was very straight forward about everything. Didn't feel like a hostile sales environment and I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra that I didn't need. All in all, I want to thank John for making this a smooth out-of-state purchase. Would strongly recommend if you're purchasing outside of Michigan.
