I was new to the area in 2022 and nervous about finding a reputable auto repair shop. Since Georgetown auto had some good reviews and was local I decided to use them. Since then they’ve replaced a cracked radiator for me, done brake jobs on two different cars and replaced some wheel bearings. Their work has been great quality and reasonably priced, and they get it done quickly too. On one car they serviced, my brakes started shaking around a year later (probably warped rotors, I didn’t actually ask) and they fixed it for free under warranty. I didn’t even have to ask, they just told me it’s under warranty still! I wasn’t aware of that and they could’ve charged me and I wouldn’t have known. Very honest garage. I highly recommend them.

They were excellent to us. Passing through the area with a camper and they were able to fit us in to look at our truck. They were honest and said to bring it to the dealership as it may be under warranty. There was nothing major wrong and we can wait until we got home. Only charged us $50 for the diagnostic.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and they have always been friendly, honest and affordable and never let me down. Any issue I have with my car, big or small, they always get the job done right. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else. I am a mechanic so I replace all my own parts. So I had just replaced my inner tie rod ends and needed an alignment. 2 months ago I had it at another alignment shop and they told me about the inner tie rods. They said nothing about any other parts needing replacement. Georgetown Auto gets it in and tells me that my control arms are completely bad. Get it home to inspect it and nothing is wrong. Just an example of a shop trying to scam people out of their money. Such a shame when money is so tight right now for most people. Would not recommend.

Had issues with my car starting on a tuesday. Called around to see what shop could get me in the soonest. Georgetown Auto told me that they could get me in on wednesday. So I got my car towed there and left it with them. I called them later that day to see when my car would be worked on and was told they would try to get to it by Thursday or Friday. The only reason I brought it to them was to get it looked at in a timely manner because I didn’t want to end up without a vehicle for long. I ended up calling them the following Monday and I ended up getting an estimate at the end of day. I’ve gotten an axle replaced here previously and they did a good job. I just wish they were more accurate with their timeframes and would update me along the way instead of me having to call them as presented with this recent experience. Ended up towing my car to another shop as I was having an issue with my exhaust system being loud, and wanted to get the repair done at another shop who could fix the issues all at once. Ended up getting a diagnosis fee while they had my car for about a week.
