Be careful choosing Ottawa Kent. I asked my rep to open an audit dispute for me. He chose to retire, not hand off my request or file, and I ended up in collections with the provider. They work for the insurance companies, not you your family, or your business.

I’ve been a client with Ottawa Kent for many years, but what has kept me is the responsiveness of Desarae Wright. She Without asking reviews my policies to make sure I’m getting the best value. I current have Frankenmuth Ins for my home and auto, but don’t think you could get me to change even with an increase to the policy price.

The value I get is one of the best investments I have. Even with claims, which we had a direct lightening strike on our home, water damage from a bad seal in a faucet and a vehicle being totaled from someone hitting me on the highway. Their customer service and attention to detail is something I’m willing to handle increases on.

Taking care of customers, top notch customer service is rare these days but Desarae, Ottawa Kent and Frankenmuth have it dialed in… thank you for all you do for my family!

I worked with Jake Westra on a new Auto and Huto Insurance policy. It was a wonderful experience that ended up saving me $1,200 a year! The quoting process was easy and fast. No contact, no service quality - always pushing me off to the insurer and their call center with any question whatsoever. Our rep quit - no phone call or handoff to another rep. I wont be working with this group again. - also 2 years to reply? Matt Tucker was our rep and it was a business policy
